THE BIOGRAPHY OF
Shaykh was born in the ancient city of Ibadan, Oyo state, Nigeria. He began his educational sojourn at a very tender age. An amazing fact about him is that he assimilates swiftly and this is indeed a blessing from Allah. This made the father of our Shaykh and his teacher (الله رحمھما (enroll him in the great citadel of knowledge, Islamic Institute of Nigeria (Ma’hdul Arabiy Nigeriy) where he excelled beautifully in his studies and he successfully memorized the Quran prior to graduation. Due to his undying love for the Quran, he enrolled at the Zakariyyah Institute of Quran Memorization in order to learn the varieties of the version of recitation. He attained mastery in a very short time that he was awarded to observe Hajj even before his graduation therein. Afterward, he continued his educational sojourn to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) due to what some delegations from the KSA saw in his sagacity and acute acumen. He was made a trustee for the Library of Shaykh Saalih Abdullah Al Ghusn. He was also appointed as the memorization teacher for a neighborhood in Riyadh, the capital of KSA. Our respected Shaykh utilized the period to learn directly from vibrant scholars in Riyadh such as Shaykh Saalih Abdullah Al Ghusn who once told him when he insisted on getting a university degree that, ‘what else do you want despite learning in the midst of scholars with masters and doctorate degrees?’ He also learned under Shaykh Abdul Kareem AlKhudayr among other eminent scholars by attending their intellectual gatherings, especially those that entail memorizing texts of the Six Authentic Hadith Collections, Recitations of the Quran, Theology, Literature, etc. He had a special interest and gained excellence in the science of Hadith, Fiqh, and Tafseer. Upon his return, he began to teach the pure Aqeedah and other beneficial knowledge in order to prevent SHIRK and promote righteousness to the extent of establishing educational institutions including this school (Al-Eeman) which has enjoyed very wide publicity and popularity amongst people through the help of Allah.

The establishment of the school christened Al-Eeman School of Science and Arabic Studies stemmed from the strong belief and flair of the founder for both Western and Arabic Education as an essential part of human lives. The school came into being in 2010 with its nursery and primary school named ‘Al-Eeman Nursery and Primary School’ situated at Yokele Pekun, Saw Mill, Old Ife Road, Ibadan, Oyo State and its Secondary School christened ‘Al-Eeman School of Science and Arabic Studies’ formerly located at Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State came into being in 2013. In 2017, the Nursery, primary school, and secondary school were brought together at the Kamjat Bus Stop, Opeyemi Street, New Ife Road, Ibadan, Oyo State, the present location of the school. In the year 2019, the school produced its first set of Senior Secondary School students with good grades in all the subjects that students sat for at both NECO and WASSCE. The school has never recorded any poor performance in the aforementioned examinations since its inception. The school is not only second to none in its students’ academic performance but also in the best moral standard.
